This one is more advanced than the familiar sandboxes.

It has spawns, has spells and talents implemented and working quests

The same alpha with the old Ironforge and the old witch looking female trolls

It has way different talent system and respawn system.

Client Launch via WoWClient.exe

The game is poorly optimized and you may have low fps

How to create an account?-you can simply make it up as you login into the realm

Next time you login with the same info your chars will be there

If on login says can't connect etc click on change realms and select the realm
